Returns or Exchanges - If, for any reason you are not happy with your merchandise you can return it within 30 days of the original sale. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and the customer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling costs. The exception to this policy is when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged from one of our shipping warehouses. To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged from installation, must be in their orignal containers in good condition with all of the parts inside.
There are no refunds on products that have been misused, abused or rendered unless as a result of improper use. All returned items must be returned with 45 days of receipt and must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
There is a 6% charge for orders that go through on Booster Bath and PetCool products that are ordered outside of the U.S. Remaining amount will be credited. This covers the trasaction fees.
